Castle Square
Castle Square is the main market square in the centre of Ludlow. It is home to many markets and fairs throughout the year; for example:
- Traditional Market, Monday, Friday and Saturday each week and on Wednesday between April and September.
- Local Produce Market (Farmers Market), 2nd & 4th Thursday each month.
- Craft & Country Market, 1st Thursday each month.
- Antique & Flea Market, 1st & 3rd Sunday each month.
- Book & Craft Market, 2nd Sunday each month.
- And special fairs during the year such as Garden Fair (end-May and end-June), May Fair, Halloween Market, Medieval Christmas Fayre.
There is access from the western end of Castle Square to
Ludlow Castle and to
Ludlow College (and the
Harley Centre).
